Administrative Services Generalist

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate daily with internal and external customers to provide information and services relating to the pricing, availability, and order entry of replacement parts
  • Report and track orders
  • Enter in order as required
  • Complete shipping documents as required
  • Maintain internal database for serial numbers
  • Additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of company strategy

Job Requirements

  • High school education is required
  • Post high school courses are desirable
  • Min 2 years' experience
  • Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles
  • Proficient inuse of SAP, CAD-View, Online Document Management, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to understand and initiate the structuring pricingm and ordering of "special" parts
  • Ability to accurately interpret engineering documents
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
