Job Responsibilities
PRIMARY FUNCTION
Assemble, wash, and pack small parts; provide final inspection before shipment
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Mark and pack parts per instructions
- Assemble parts per instruction
- Operate and maintain wash line
- Prioritize workload
- Monitor inventory of packaging supplies and notify supervisor/lead/planner when reorder is required
- Operate computer and other electronic equipment
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Perform general shop duties as assigned and assist in other areas as workload requires
Job Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency
- Self-directed and self-motivated
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to stand for two+ hours continuously
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
- Ability to communicate in an effective manner
- Excellent motor skills/dexterity
