Job Responsibilities

PRIMARY FUNCTION

Assemble, wash, and pack small parts; provide final inspection before shipment

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Mark and pack parts per instructions
  • Assemble parts per instruction
  • Operate and maintain wash line
  • Prioritize workload
  • Monitor inventory of packaging supplies and notify supervisor/lead/planner when reorder is required
  • Operate computer and other electronic equipment
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities
  • Perform general shop duties as assigned and assist in other areas as workload requires

Job Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
  • Strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency
  • Self-directed and self-motivated
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Ability to stand for two+ hours continuously
  • Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to communicate in an effective manner
  • Excellent motor skills/dexterity
