Summary
Harris Products Group, a Lincoln Electric company, has an outstanding opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordinating and communicating with all necessary departments to fulfill customer expectations.

What You Will Do
- Review, analyze and process domestic customer orders into an order entry system, process customer orders, changes, or cancellations.
- Resolve customer inquiries using various methods of communication: email, phone, Salesforce.
- Process orders and sample orders from Sales Team, issue credits/debits and returns.
- Provide quotes, MSDS Sheets and Certs
- Work through cases in Sales Force
- Ability to support specific customers as directed.
- Answer basic technical questions.
- Scan sales documentation into ERP system.
- Expedite customer orders with a variety of manufacturing and logistics personnel, utilizing good judgment and comprehensive knowledge of available internal resources to resolve challenges.
Education & Experience Requirements
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred with a minimum of 1 year experience.
- Knowledge or the ability to learn our order entry system, pricing policies and product lines.
- Ability to perform extremely detailed work with a high degree of accuracy in a high-volume environment.
- Must have demonstrated the ability to perform effectively as a collaborator and conduct assignments accurately, with a constantly changing series of priorities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating strong customer service.
- Must have the ability to use computer systems and other third-party software to service customer needs effectively.
- Customer communication skills & problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
