Summary

 

Harris products Group, a Lincoln Electric company, has an outstanding opportunity for a Customer Service Representative responsible for supporting sales efforts by taking customer calls, processing orders, and assisting customers in navigating our website. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordinating and communicating with all necessary departments in order to fulfill customer expectations.

What You Will Do

 

•    Answer calls in Customer Service phone que 
•    Process orders and sample orders from Sales Team, issue credits/debits and returns 
•    Provide quotes, MSDS Sheets and Certs 
•    Work through cases in Sales Force 
•    Ability to support specific customers as directed
•    Answer basic technical questions
•    Processes literature requests through MyHarris
•    Scan sales documentation into ERP system
•    Assume additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company’s 2025 Strategy.

Education & Experience Requirements

 


•    Required - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years (or more) of related experience and/or training.
•    Preferred – Associates degree with two or more years related experience and/or training.
•    Customer communication skills & problem solving skills
•    Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
•    Selected candidate’s Job Level and Pay Grade will be determined based upon qualifications and experience.
