Position Summary
Lead national sales for aftermarket parts, tools, and equipment, driving strategic growth and exceptional customer satisfaction. Build enduring relationships with key decision-makers, discover new business opportunities, and deliver tailored, innovative solutions. We're seeking a dynamic leader with proven industry expertise, robust channel networks, sharp business insight, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations through high-value offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain executive-level relationships with decision-makers in strategic accounts to foster loyalty and expansion.
- Prospect, develop, and secure new sales opportunities to boost market share and revenue growth.
- Generate demand for aftermarket products and services by amplifying brand presence and deepening customer engagement.
- Host ongoing strategy meetings with customer executives to adapt solutions to their changing requirements.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to refine offerings informed by market insights and customer input.
- Uphold deep expertise in all product lines; lead team training and certifications to ensure peak performance.
- Manage sales pipeline and forecasts to achieve consistent, sustainable growth objectives.
- Provide comprehensive performance reports and updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years in strategic, solutions-oriented sales, ideally in heavy-duty, automotive aftermarket, or industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated success in business development and account growth.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for building collaborations with internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication to persuade and motivate stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to handle competing priorities and tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
- Adaptability to varied time zones and flexible scheduling for optimal customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Entrepreneurial spirit with innovative thinking, proactive initiative, and a focus on ongoing enhancement.
