PURPOSE:   Actively manage and grow existing $9 million territory; drive corporate and regional strategic initiatives; build distributor relationships to grow discretionary sales and promote your own target programs to increase share. 



  • Actively manage and grow existing $9 Million territory. 
  • Foster, develop and grow Lincoln’s strategic business partnerships with Tricon, Kamtek(Magna), ACIPCO, US Pipe, SSAB, King Cutter, Bolzoni Auramo, Marathon and many others.  Support growing customer base and drive our value proposition to potential new clients.
  • Aggressively engage all large and medium end-users to deliver Lincoln's total value proposition and increase sales.  Provide technical support, demonstrations, and training where needed and where it will drive a positive sales result. Drive corporate and regional strategic initiatives with focus on growing our Alloy, Automation, and High Technology Products and Solutions.
  • Develop strategies to grow business at key distribution partners within the territory, including Nationals: Airgas and Independents: Nexair, Southern Gas and Supply and Atlas Welding Supply.  Provide distributor training as needed; support and promote corporate distributor programs, and create your own targeted programs to drive sales and increase share in this channel.
  • Provide end-user training support and promote all Lincoln products with a special focus on Automation products.
  • Work closely with other Lincoln TSR’s in the area to develop plans and grow the business in the territory.
  • Drive Educational Programs to all major schools and Unions to increase product share, visibility in educational facilities and total sales. Participate in local AWS chapter meetings and events to grow our relationships.
  • Manage key shows and motorsports events including the NASCAR Talladega races and Barber Indy Car race. NHRA, and the Long Beach Grand Prix.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company’s 2025 Strategy. 



  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering discipline strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a Technical Sales Representative. 
  • Above-average sales performance over the last two years.
  • Self-motivated, aggressive and independent.
  • Ability to relocate to Birmingham, AL area.
