Position Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Regional Human Resources Manager, this position performs a range of duties related to ERP (Kinetic) processing, systems implementation and HR support interacting with employees for training and maintenance; maintenance of timekeeping spreadsheet; and payroll reporting and processing.
Additionally, this position requires a professional individual that has experience multi-tasking, handling correspondence; completing requests for information, and other tasks as assigned or needed. The position will also assist with the coordination, planning, and execution of company social activities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Function as SME for Kinetic system; train users and troubleshoot
- Responsible for ERP (Kinetic) system entry for contractors and new hires; processing and data maintenance
- Update departments and labor rates in Kinetic
- Develop work instructions for Kinetic
- Process both hourly and salary payrolls
- Functions as back-up payroll for subs (subs tbd)
- Track and maintain spreadsheet for PTO for hourly and salary employees
- Assist HR Generalist in providing basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintains confidential payroll and personnel files
- Audits benefit (401k) records and reconciles benefit billings, assists with benefit administration
- Maintains the highest level of integrity and confidentiality
- Assists with HR projects and events
- Must be flexible and be able to adjust quickly to changing deadlines
- Ability to work both within a team and also work independently
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in general business; Communication or related field
- Seven to ten years’ ERP experience
- Payroll processing and/or related administrative experience required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products
