Job Responsibilities
- Can find problems in the production process in time, correct errors and eliminate defective products in time;
- Quality control and improvement, including but not limited to product production, product quality, packaging, etc.;
- Timely communication, analysis and effective solution of product problems and customer complaints;Reduce the cost of customer complaint handling;
- Good communication and negotiation skills, strong principle;
- Reasonably arrange work and business trips on the basis of the supplier's production scheduling plan every week (currently only in Shanghai, business trips will be arranged after the epidemic is alleviated);
- Organize the product test results in time, and issue the batch product qualification report according to the final results;
- Take inventory of raw materials at the supplier site at the end of the month;
- Monthly supplier quality report summary;
- Timely deal with other quality-related issues arranged by leaders.
- Designed non-standard customized equipment (SAW special aircraft/robot workstation) and produced 3D/2D drawings.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design or related
2. More than 5 years experience in automation system design
3. Experience in supplier quality management

3. Familiar with project management, proficient in Gantt chart, variance analysis, excel function analysis and data analysis, PPT;
4. Understand quality system clearly;
5. Basic understanding of upstream and downstream use of mechanical manufacturing products, metal processing industry background is preferred;
6. Because of frequent visits to the workshop, employees should have a strong sense of hardship;
7. Proficient in Solid works, AutoCAD, Word, Excel, office and other office software design and operation of office automation equipment.
8. Assist in the design of special aircraft and robot workstations according to technical agreements
9. Design risk assessment, control project technical risks, give timely early warning and assist the technical manager in formulating corresponding plans, participate in the design or plan analysis of construction sites and technical difficult stations.
10. Familiar with the design standards of various customers, formulated different design standard documents according to different customers, and output design documents at corresponding stages according to project requirements.
11. Assisted the project team in preliminary planning and design
12. Ability to work independently, able to adapt to travel and work pressure
