JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Assembler to join our team. Under general supervision, the candidate will perform a variety of production assembly tasks.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform production tasks including assembling mechanical and electrical sub-components, and final machine assembly
- Complete in-process and final acceptance testing to validate products meet operational expectations
- Operate industrial equipment including forklifts and production support equipment (training available)
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements
- Work cooperatively in a team environment
- Complete assigned production documentation
- Participates in Continuous Improvement activities
- Assists with training other production team members
- Complete all training as required
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements
- Uncompromising attitude toward safety, customer service and quality
- All other duties as assigned
Education and Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 to 3 years of assembly experience preferred
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic electrical knowledge and familiarity with electrical components preferred
- Must be well-organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work Saturdays and overtime, when necessary
Physical Demand and Working Environment
- Physical demands: Must be physically able push, pull, bend, stoop, climb, reach, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and stand on concrete.
- Working environment: Manufacturing environment; may be exposed to loud noises, changing temperatures, and machinery with moving parts.
