After Sales Coordinator

Internal Candidate Eligibility Criteria: 
1. Is a Lincoln Electric employee with at least 1 year of service 
2. Is NOT on an active Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Main contact for customers regarding spare parts, service calls, and upgrades/retrofits
  • Processing inquiries via email and ticket system
  • Identifying spare parts based on parts lists and drawings
  • Independently preparing quotes with stored price calculations
  • Ensuring timely and professional problem resolution
  • Coordination of technician assignments and travel planning

Job Requirements

  • Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL, BHS) with commercial understanding
  • At least 2 years of professional experience
  • Solid IT skills
  • Affinity to technically sophisticated products
  • Willingness and enjoyment to work in an international environment
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
