Internal Candidate Eligibility Criteria:
1. Is a Lincoln Electric employee with at least 1 year of service
2. Is NOT on an active Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
Job Responsibilities
- Main contact for customers regarding spare parts, service calls, and upgrades/retrofits
- Processing inquiries via email and ticket system
- Identifying spare parts based on parts lists and drawings
- Independently preparing quotes with stored price calculations
- Ensuring timely and professional problem resolution
- Coordination of technician assignments and travel planning
Job Requirements
- Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL, BHS) with commercial understanding
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Solid IT skills
- Affinity to technically sophisticated products
- Willingness and enjoyment to work in an international environment
- Very good written and spoken English skills
