Summary
Lincoln Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a Sr. Service and Installation Manager, supporting our Fori Automation site in Shelby Twp, MI. The Sr. Service and Installation Manager is responsible for leading a team of service and installation specialists including service technicians (controls, electrical, mechanical, pipefitter), service coordinators, site supervisors, installation managers, service schedulers, and spare parts personnel.

Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and grow the spare parts of business of the company.
- Develop and implement practices to grow the revenue of the service group.
- Ensure the 24hr Fori helpline is available for Fori customers.
- Respond to customer service requests, warranty and equipment failures for all Fori customers.
- Lead the resource management and forecasting of service resources.
- Ensure service work orders customer standards.
- Coordinate outside installation/service resources, negotiate rates and schedule as required.
- Provide detailed schedules each week for all resources in the service department.
- Support and monitor the training & development of the service team.
- Work closely with the project manager, mechanical and controls engineers, on all aspects of the project.
- Work with the Sales/Estimating departments to resolve customer issues, review installation scope and quotes.
- Support Sales team in selling health assessments.
- Actively market time/material support to customers.
- Procure and evaluate quotes for outside installation services to inform sourcing decisions.
- Provide oversight of the service and spare parts processes and procedures and work to improve as necessary.
- Ensure that installation RFQ's, practices, site reporting and documentation are consistent on all projects.
- Participate in internal and external reviews of project installation scope as needed.
- Meet with customers, discuss open service, installation, and warranty concerns.
- Perform the duties of a site manager when required.
- Lead installation Manager development/mentoring and installation documentation.
Education and Experience Required
- High School required; technical degree preferred.
- 10 to 15 (or more) years' experience.
- A background in service and installation projects in the automotive industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a site or installation manager.
- Ability to supervise technical installation and service resources.
- Approximately 25% travel requirement; US and Canada.
- US Passport and travel capability to Canada.
- Concur and ADP experience is a plus.
