Job Responsibilities
- Guarantee data integrity and correctness of accountancy (General Ledger AP, AR, fixed assets)
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process, with internal and external service providers (consultant, auditors, payroll, tax).
- Validate various reports to be uploaded in HFM for the monthly closing and Forecast.
- Coordinate the activities for the statutory Financial Statements and support the statutory audits.
- Support the US Automation business platform development and implementation (LBS). The platform includes specific reporting and tools (ie Salesforce, Smartsheet, Epicor, HFM, RPA, etc.)
- Guarantee timeliness and correctness on tax return, give support in transfer price documentation and other taxes or governmental reports.
- Provide support for Income Tax return to tax advisors and manage tax inspections.
- Review of Account reconciliations for the company.
- Ensuring that appropriate policies, procedures, systems, and internal controls are properly implemented and maintained. Manage internal and corporate audits.
- Keep SOX procedures and FCPA policies implemented and updated.
- Manage the Finance team and ensure a proper work organization.
Job Requirements
- Master/bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting.
- 8 to 15 years of successful and demonstrable experience as a Financial Manager.
- Excellent communications, leadership, and organizational skills.
- A strong working knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley.
- Solid knowledge of local accounting principles, statutory requirements, and Tax laws.
- Excellent computer skills and experience with SAP, Oracle & Microsoft Office applications.
- Develop problem identification and resolution systems.
- International tax experience and Transfer price knowledge is beneficial.
- Fluent in English
