Senior Engineering Director
Location: Siheung-si
Main Duties, operational Tasks, Responsibilities
. Serves as the technical authority on assigned projects
. Ensure best mechanical solutions for customer satisfaction in terms of cost and performance
. Translate customer need into technical requirements
. Support technical assistance for Sales and Project team
. Provides technical support of other skill teams such as Control team and CS team
. Internal and external representation of his/her technology field
. Prepares technical reports and presentations
. As a manager, review mechanical drawings to check out any engineering mistakes and provide proper guidelines to mechanical engineers
Qualification Requirement
. Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related filed
. Communication & leadership skills
. Profound mechanical knowledge on test system and assembly line
. Innovative and structured work approach
. Skill to use Solidworks, CATIA, or AutoCAD
. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
