The position includes designing and implementing identity management solutions, developing custom JSON code for automation, and integrating with systems like Active Directory and HR databases (e.g., SuccessFactors). Required skills include 5-9 years of experience in identity management, proficiency in JSON, and knowledge of APIs and LDAP, and Microsoft 365 with strong problem-solving and team collaboration abilities.

 Responsibilities:

  • Architecting and Implementing Solutions: The specialist will design, implement, and maintain IGA solutions to manage user identities and access rights, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems.
  • Custom JSON Development: A key aspect is developing custom JSON code for configuring and automating identity management processes. JSON, a data format, is often used for API interactions and configuration files in IAM systems, requiring proficiency in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
  • System Integrations: The role involves integration with HR databases (e.g., SuccessFactors) for user lifecycle management, Active Directory for user and group management, and third-party applications for access control, such as single sign-on (SSO).
  • Compliance and Security: Ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations, such as SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR, is critical, given the global nature of operations.
  • Technologies: The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Microsoft M365 solutions to include EntraID, Single Sign-On, MFA, SSPR, Passwordless authentication, and conditional access policies. Additionally, IGA tools like SailPoint identity Security Cloud.
  • Collaboration: The specialist will coordinate process changes and system updates as appropriate across the IT organization.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: The specialist will troubleshoot issues related to identity and access management, providing support to internal stakeholders and recommending improvements based on industry trends.
  • Identity Governance: The specialist will lead a cross-functional team to maintain standards related to identity attributes, role-based access control, and automated processes that rely on data integrity and normalization. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining documented standards, procedures, and policies as necessary.
  • Continuous Learning: Staying updated on the latest trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to identity security and access management.

 

 

 

Qualifications and Experience:

Given the 5-9 years of experience requirement, the specialist should have a solid foundation in identity management and access control. The following qualifications are essential:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required.
  • Experience: 5-9 years of experience in identity management, with hands-on experience in Active Directory, HR databases (e.g., SuccessFactors), and integration techniques like APIs and LDAP.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in developing custom JSON code, knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell), and familiarity with cloud-based identity services (e.g., Azure AD, Google Cloud Identity) are crucial.
  • Technical Expertise: IAM tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, or similar and with SSO, MFA, RBAC, LDAP, and SAML.
  • Language: Proficiency in spoken and written English is required
