  1. RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

 

  1. Prepare and submit to the General Manager for approval the marketing and sales plans of the products under his responsibility.
  2. Direct the execution of the marketing plans of the products under their responsibility.
  3. Monitor the activities of competitors with regard to automation products, including advertising campaigns, distribution, conditions of sale and in general all activity that may affect the sale of products under their responsibility.
  4. Supervise and control the execution of the sales budget assigned to their area.
  5. Evaluate and add/expand lines or introduce new products according to the company's needs aligned with market and budget.
  6. Establish and monitor market development, sales promotion, distribution, and pricing policy of automation products.
  7. Maintain contacts with end users, distributors and important customers in order to support market penetration and growth initiatives.
  8. Stay informed about the needs of the salespeople in your charge.
  9. Prepare monthly and weekly reports and quarterly reviews.
  10. Approve documents in your area.
  11. Modify the responsibilities and authorities of your area
  12. Modify the competency criteria of its personnel.
  13. Stop any activity or process that is causing or may cause a significant environmental impact
  14. Pass operational controls related to significant environmental aspects
  15. Approve environmental emergency preparedness and response plans (Plant Manager only)
