Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Logistics Manager to lead our logistics, distribution, and spare parts operations, ensuring efficient supply chain performance, inventory optimization, and exceptional customer service. This role will drive strategic initiatives, manage operational budgets, and lead a high-performing team to support business growth. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Logistics & Distribution Strategic Plan.
  • Manage the department budget and ensure achievement of spare parts sales objectives. 
  • Oversee warehousing, distribution, and inventory management processes.
  • Drive initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory. 
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement actions. 
  • Lead, develop, and coach the Logistics and Spare Parts team. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Logistics Manager or Logistics Supervisor.
  • Experience managing 3PL and 4PL logistics operations.
  • Strong background in inventory management, distribution, and warehouse operations.
  • Proven leadership and team development experience
