Job Responsibilities
I. Lean Strategic Planning and Implementation
In line with the overall strategy of the enterprise, formulate medium and long-term lean management strategic plans, annual implementation goals and phased promotion plans, and clearly define the lean improvement directions and core indicators (such as production efficiency (OEE), defect rate (PPM), delivery cycle, inventory turnover rate, etc.) for each business segment.
II. Lean Team Building and Capacity Enhancement
Establish a company-wide lean training system, carry out stratified and categorized training on lean concepts, tools and methods (such as 5S training for grassroots employees, Kaizen training for managers, value stream analysis training for core teams, etc.), and enhance the lean awareness and practical operation capabilities of all staff.
III. Lean Improvement Throughout the Entire Value Chain
Lead lean improvement in the production process: Optimize the production layout, sort out the production process, eliminate the seven wastes in the production process (overproduction, waiting, transportation, inventory, overprocessing, defects, and motion waste), enhance production efficiency, reduce production costs, and improve product quality.
IV. Lean Culture Construction
Promote the construction of lean culture, integrate lean concepts into the core values of the enterprise, and create a cultural atmosphere that values efficiency, pursues excellence, and continuous improvement through methods such as sharing lean cases, recognizing improvement achievements, and organizing Kaizen activities.
V. Other related work
Regularly report the progress, achievements and existing problems of lean management work, and put forward targeted improvement suggestions.
Job Requirements
I. Educational Background
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, operation management, business administration or related fields; Master's degree or above is preferred.
Those holding professional certifications related to Lean (such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, TPM certification, etc.) are preferred.
II. Work Experience
More than 10 years of relevant working experience in lean management, including over 5 years of experience in lean director/lean manager positions. Candidates with lean management experience in large manufacturing enterprises (such as automotive, electronics, machinery, etc.) are preferred.
Possessing complete experience in establishing a lean management system, implementing strategies, and handling major lean improvement projects, capable of independently leading the promotion and deepening of lean throughout the entire company.
With rich experience in cross-departmental collaboration, lean team building and talent cultivation, I am capable of promoting the in-depth penetration of lean culture within the enterprise.
III. Professional Competence
Proficient in core tools and methods of Lean management (such as 5S, Kaizen, VSM, TPM, SMED, JIT, Kanban, Lean Six Sigma, etc.), and capable of skill fully applying these tools to solve problems in the actual operation of enterprises.
IV. Comprehensive Quality
Possess outstanding leadership skills, communication and coordination abilities, as well as influence, capable of leading a team to achieve goals and coordinating cross-departmental resources to advance work.
