Job Responsibilities
Purpose of the Role:
To be responsible for deploying and coordinating Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and other efficiency activities across the company’s production plants. The main goal is to improve equipment efficiency (OEE) and reliability through the implementation of TPM pillars, development of standards, and engagement of all levels of the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of TPM pillars (Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Training & Education, etc.) in the production plants.
- Develop and roll out TPM tools, standards, and best practices to ensure alignment and consistency across all sites.
- Support plants in defining and executing OEE improvement plans, focusing on reducing downtime, defects, and speed losses.
- Facilitate Kaizen activities and workshops focused on reliability, efficiency, and waste elimination delivering a zero Loss approach.
- Provide training and coaching to production and maintenance teams on TPM principles and methodologies.
- Ensure the integration of TPM practices within the company’s Lean Manufacturing framework.
- Monitor and report TPM progress and OEE performance through KPIs and dashboards.
- Collaborate with maintenance, production, quality, and engineering teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and preventive mindset at all levels.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Technical diploma or engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- Proven experience in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or WCM in a process based industrial or manufacturing environment, demonstrating understanding of causal & resultant losses
- Strong knowledge of OEE, maintenance systems (eg CMMS), and production processes.
- Experience in root cause analysis, problem-solving (5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA and breakdowns analysis)
- Good communication and team coordination skills, with strong coaching skills demonstrated in a maintenance environment.
- Proactive, structured, and results-oriented approach.
- English: fluent (written and spoken).
- Travel to our European manufacturing sites
