Job Responsibilities
- Conduct electrical tests on welding machines and evaluation of samples via EN standards and internal procedures.
- Conduct EMC ( emission and immunity) test in internal laboratory and external laboratories.
- EMC problem solving.
- Conduct environmental tests (Dust, Vibration, Mechanical, HALT).
- Conduct robustness test strictly via procedures from HW team.
- Engineering tests not strictly related to procedures.
- Reads and interprets results of tests. Prepares charts, graphs and reports to explain test results.
- Collaborate with the R&D team and other departments whole Lincoln Electric Group on product development.
- Builds and/or adapts basic setup and test equipment for performance of tests.
- Implementation of improvements in laboratory tests ( automatization and optimalization).
Job Requirements
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical.
- Experience in a lab environment, preferably in electrical testing.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to incorporate automation into day-to-day testing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to read English documentation.
- Skills: electrical testing, data analysis, technical documentation, multimeter usage, soldering, oscilloscope operation, driving license B (external lab testing).
