Job Responsibilities

  • Support the design and development of electronic circuits for welding machines and related accessories
  • Assist in basic testing, measurements, and validation of electronic assemblies under supervision
  • Participate in laboratory tests and data collection
  • Support preparation and updating of basic technical documentation (drawings, specifications, test results)
  • Assist engineering team in analysing technical issues and proposing simple improvements
  • Cooperate with experienced engineers, production, and technology departments to learn industrial design processes
  • Actively learn company standards, tools, and engineering workflows

Job Requirements

Education & technical background

  • Student or recent graduate of Electronics Engineering or a related technical field
  • Basic knowledge of electronic circuits and fundamental electronic components
  • Interest in practical electronics and industrial applications

Technical skills

  • Basic understanding of electronic measurement instruments
    (e.g. multimeter, oscilloscope – academic level is sufficient)
  • Familiarity with at least one electronic design or CAD environment
    (e.g. Eagle, KiCad, or similar – basic level)
  • Ability and willingness to learn technical documentation and engineering standards

Personal skills & attitude

  • Strong motivation to learn and develop engineering skills
  • Proactive attitude and openness to feedback
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Responsibility for assigned tasks and meeting agreed deadlines
  • English language proficiency at minimum B1/B2 level, sufficient for technical communication

Optional / Nice to have

  • Practical experience from university projects, laboratories, or student internships
  • Basic knowledge of PCB design or routing
  • Interest in power electronics, EMC, or industrial equipment
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical design tools (e.g. Solid Edge)
  • Electrical background (e.g. wiring, harnesses, basic schematics)
