EHS Analyst

At Lincoln Electric, we are looking for an EHS Analyst to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs. This role will play a key part in promoting a safe workplace, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting our sustainability and operational excellence goals.

 

 

What You'll Do

 

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS management systems.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with local EHS regulations and internal company standards.
  • Conduct workplace safety inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Participate in hazard identification, risk assessments, and control verification activities.
  • Support the administration of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST).
  • Maintain EHS records, procedures, and documentation.
  • Coordinate and follow up on occupational medical examinations.
  • Support environmental management initiatives and ISO 14001 activities.
  • Promote a culture of safety through employee engagement, awareness, and training initiatives.
  • Assist with incident investigations and tracking of action plans.

 

What We're Looking For

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Active SST License required.
  • 2+ years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety (SST/EHS).
  • Experience supporting SG-SST programs.
  • Knowledge of Colombian EHS regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience conducting safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate English Level
