Job Responsibilities

  • Elaborate monthly export time table
  • Administer orders from external customers in accordance with the agreed calendar
  • Launch orders and monitor delivery date in accordance with the procedures
  • Assure the logistic support for the expedition  of products, acting as aninterface betwen clients and Company
  • Elaborate documents in order to execute export formalities, accordindg to internal procedures
  • Monitor stock for products in our portofolio and communicate with the clients
  • Participate in solving the claims regarding sent products in cooperation with other involved departments
  • contributes to the achievement of specific objectives approved periodically, detailed in the action plan of the Department

Job Requirements

  • High-education background
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Logistics
  • Fluent in English.
  • Microsoft office ability
  • ERP software knowledge (SAP preferred)
  •  Written and oral communication skills;
  • Detailed knowledge of the commerce and trade techniques and legislation;
  •  Knowing goods and services portfolio
  • Time management skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Conflict management abilities
