Job Responsibilities
- Supports local Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue.
- Monitors, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.
- Coordinates the activities of professional staff from HSE sector and is accountable for the performance of the team
- Conducting regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and developing preventative strategies and implement appropriate control measures; implementing proactive safety processes
- Liaising with Engineering and Operations teams to assess safety impact and integrate preventative measures for health and safety into project planning
- Organizing training for employees to ensure awareness and understanding of safety and environmental practices and legislation;
- Coordinate the control of all workplaces in order to prevent accidents and occupational illnesses;
- Validating the budgeting of protective equipment, work equipment, hygienic-sanitary materials based on the internal regulations and the collective labour agreement
Job Requirements
- High-education background
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in EHS
- Fluent in English.
- Microsoft office ability
- ERP software knowledge (SAP preferred)
- Written and oral communication skills;
- Time management skills
- Negotiation skills
- Conflict management abilities
