Job Responsibilities

  • Supports local Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue.
  • Monitors, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.
  • Coordinates the activities of professional staff from HSE sector and is accountable for the performance of the team
  • Conducting regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and developing preventative strategies and implement appropriate control measures; implementing proactive safety processes
  • Liaising with Engineering and Operations teams to assess safety impact and integrate preventative measures for health and safety into project planning
  • Organizing training for employees to ensure awareness and understanding of safety and environmental practices and legislation;
  • Coordinate the control of all workplaces in order to prevent accidents and occupational illnesses;
  • Validating the budgeting of protective equipment, work equipment, hygienic-sanitary materials based on the internal regulations and the collective labour agreement

Job Requirements

  • High-education background
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in EHS
  • Fluent in English.
  • Microsoft office ability
  • ERP software knowledge (SAP preferred)
  • Written and oral communication skills; 
  • Time management skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Conflict management abilities
