Job Responsibilities
1. Procurement execution
- Manage end-to-end procurement process (PR → RFQ → commercial alignment → PO → delivery → invoice validation)
- Analyse purchase requisitions and MRP signals in SAP/Buy Link
- Issue and manage Purchase Orders in line with company procedures
- Follow-up order confirmations, deliveries and resolve delays
2. Supplier management
- Identify, evaluate and onboard new suppliers in line with company requirements
- Maintain and update supplier database in SAP/Ariba
- Manage assigned supplier portfolio and ensure operational performance
- Monitor supplier performance (OTD, quality, cost) and escalate deviations
Job Requirements
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s degree (Technical or Economic)
- 1–3 years’ experience in procurement / supply chain
- SAP – mandatory
- English – good level (written and spoken)
