Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily raw materials warehouse operations (receiving, storage, internal distribution).
  • Ensure timely and accurate material availability in line with purchasing and production plans.
  • Supervise, organize, and develop warehouse teams; manage workload and performance.
  • Manage and develop his direct report. Conduct performance interview.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of stock records and physical inventory.
  • Ensure correct and timely recording of all stock movements in SAP.
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement improvement actions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, accounting rules, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Production, Quality, Finance, and Logistics partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow, layout, and operational efficiency.
  • Follows Lincoln policies and procedures.
  • Ensure full compliance with EHS, Quality, and Environmental standards.

Job Requirements

University degree in logistics, engineering, or economics

Fluency in English

Experience in warehouse or logistics operations

Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management processes

Strong attention to details

Good proficiency with MS Office products.

Ability to respond positively and proactively to change.

Experience on ERP systems, preferable SAP
