Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for Key Account customers.

Respond promptly to inquiries on order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.

Collect part of regional orders in India from the Key account customers and Obtain delivery schedules against open Pos.

Provide after-sales support, handle returns, and resolve issues quickly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Escalate critical customer concerns and drive resolution.

Build strong relationships and ensure positive customer experience.

Order Management

Accurately enter customer orders into SAP and monitor timely delivery.

Coordinate with internal teams (Warehouse, production, Logistics, Finance) for smooth dispatch and invoicing.

Track delivery schedules and follow up on urgent requirements.

Prepare simple weekly reports on order status and delivery performance.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems like SAP – SD Module.

 

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

 

  • Analytical mindset for process optimization.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and escalations.
  • Multilingual proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil 

Qualifications:

 

  • Any Degree or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service and order management in manufacturing or industrial sector.
