Job Responsibilities

Deploy the development of enterprise‑wide Windows security standards, hardening baselines, and compliance frameworks.

- Partner with internal teams to develop the roadmap for Windows endpoint security, including modernization initiatives, tooling improvements, and Zero Trust alignment.

- Serve as the subject‑matter expert and escalation point for all major endpoint security issues, investigations, and engineering decisions.

- Provide technical support and mentorship to Desktop Engineering and Global IT Site Support teams.

- Deploy advanced Windows security configurations including endpoint hardening, identity‑based access controls, and secure provisioning frameworks.

- Develop and oversee advanced PowerShell automation and reporting capabilities.

- Respond to high‑severity Endpoint alerts and lead incident response with global teams.

- Oversee enterprise‑level vulnerability management strategies.

- Evaluate and improve endpoint detection logic and automated remediation workflows.

- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for endpoint health and compliance.

- Lead cross‑functional efforts during critical patch cycles or widespread endpoint issues.

- Champion process standardization and operational efficiency improvements.

- Partner with Desktop Engineering, Infrastructure, and Cyber security teams.

-  Represent endpoint security in audits and regulatory activities.

Partner with vendors and partners to evaluate new technologies and lead POCs.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.

- 5–8+ years experience in Windows security engineering, endpoint management, or enterprise security architecture.

- Advanced expertise with Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, Patching tools (Manage Engine, Ninja One) and large‑scale policy design. knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and incident response.

- Strong PowerShell automation experience.

- Proven experience leading complex endpoint security initiatives.

- Excellent communication skills.
