- Knowledge in PLC
1.Siemens S7 300(Logic reading, writing in ladder and STL)
2.Mitsubishi Fx and Q Series (Logic reading and Writing)
3.Win CC flexible(Communication in Profibus/Profinet/Ethernet)
4.Siemens Operating (OP 7, 77,277, Smart line)Programming and Communication Knowledge
- Knowledge In Drives
- Siemens, Mitsubishi, Fuji Drives( Programming, Downloading, uploading, Trouble shooting)
- Knowledge in Motors,Pumps,Cables,
- Knowledge in Transformers
- Knowledge in ACB, VCB and All kind of Switch Gears
- Perfect Trouble shooting skills in Electrical and Mechanical
- Control wiring knowledge and trouble shooting
- Rule 30,45,CEIG, TNEB related
- Basic Maintenance Documentations(MTTR,MTBF,SOP,OPL,PM CBM,5 Y Analysis, Tree analysis)
- 11kv Switch yard experience(CT/PT/Metering/Cables)
- DG Operating and Trouble shooting Experience
- CNC Knowledge is preferable
- EOT/Hoist knowledge
- KAIZEN, 7 QC TOOLS(Atleast 2 Projects)
3. Individual should have planned and executed cost saving projects and should have willingness take ownership and lead team towards success.
Job Requirements
Diploma in EEE / BE EEE is preferred
C License is must
5 to 10 years of experience in a Manufacturing set up with strong exposure to Electrical Maintenance
