Job Responsibilities
- Promote Equipment’s and Solutions to Existing and new Customers
- Identify and develop new opportunities in the industry.
- Recommend appropriate welding machines for customer Applications.
- Provide technical demonstration and trials of equipment.
- Trouble shoot welding related issues and propose process improvement
- Should Focus on New customer leads, Quotes and order Closure.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyse the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends & continuously improve through feedback
Job Requirements
- Diploma / B Tech Engineer in Elect/Mech
- Excellent selling, negotiation, prioritizing, time management and communication skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Proven 5-7 Years work experience in welding field.
- Equipment Market knowledge is mandatory
