Job Responsibilities

Mission:       To drive business growth, market expansion and customer engagement in Telangana Region

Purpose:       Achieving business goals with customer retention & acquisitions by providing solutions and prompt services, .

Magnitude:  Improve overall sales performance, team expansion to enhance market penetration and reach new customer segments.

 

  1. Promote MIG Business and Special Consumables to Existing and new Customers
  2. Identify and develop new opportunities in the industry.
  3. Recommend appropriate Consumables  for customer Applications.
  4. Provide technical demonstration and trials of Welding Consumables.
  5. Should Focus on New customer leads, Quotes and order Closure.
  6. Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  7. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  8. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  9. Analyse the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  10.   Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends & continuously improve through feedback.
  11.  Development of Existing Distributors and new Distributors if Required.

 

Job Requirements

Achieving each sales budget, adding new customers and business through value selling by implementing the framed strategies.

  1. Diploma / B Tech Engineer in Elect/Mech
  2. Excellent selling, negotiation, prioritizing, time management and communication skills
  3. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  4. Proven 5-7 Years work experience in welding field.
