Purpose
Perform a variety of clerical duties and other office activities for the Production Team Lead.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for posting of piecework cards, day work cards, and pay sheets.
- Responsible for the accuracy of all pay records and postings.
- Track and record employee vacation, as well as absenteeism information in FlexNet and Excel.
- Compile various reports for the Production Team Lead.
- Properly operate computer and other office machines.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Review, understand, and follow the departmental procedures, EW specifications, SSW specifications, and Plant Rules and Regulations that areassociated with the performance of this job.
- Obey all safety rules, maintain cleanliness of the work area, and perform other duties as assigned by the Production Team Lead.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company’s 2025 Strategy.
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of office practices and procedures.
- Ability to understand and interpret the specifications and procedures related to this job.
- Ability to effectively use office equipment e.g. computer, copier, fax machine, calculator, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, and Access.
- Knowledge of SAP, FlexNet, and Outlook preferred.
- Ability to record and maintain accurate and complete records.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize duties.
- Ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate manner.
