- Partner with executive sponsors and program leaders to align adoption priorities with business objectives and value realization targets.

- Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate adoption risks that may impact delivery timelines or business outcomes.

- Design and deploy targeted interventions for at-risk groups (e.g., leader coaching, toolkits, floor support, super-user mobilization).

Leadership Engagement & Advocacy

- Drive leadership alignment on what’s changing, why it matters, what good looks like, and the required behavior changes.

- Facilitate readiness checkpoints, decision forums, and leadership alignment sessions to ensure clarity, accountability, and forward momentum.

- Drive development and governance of training assets (instructor-led sessions, simulations, job aids, quick reference guides, digital walkthroughs).

- Ensure training reinforces how tools and processes are expected to be used—not just system functionality.

- Establish enterprise learning curriculum in partnership with subject matter experts (internal and external).

- Lead delivery of training programs through a mix of train-the-trainer and direct delivery models, leveraging appropriate channels and technologies for global scale.

- Partner with Learning & Development to operationalize sustainable, scalable training solutions.

- Build and maintain adoption dashboards and KPIs; use insights to actively adjust strategies at key program milestones.

- Provide leadership with clear visibility into capability gaps, adoption barriers, and standardization risks.

- Recommend and drive corrective actions to protect and maximize transformation value realization.

Standards, Playbooks & Reusable Assets

- Establish enterprise standards, templates, and playbooks for digital change management, communications, training, and adoption planning.

- Build and govern a scalable content library with defined update processes tied to system enhancements, process changes, and release management.

- Drive consistency in adoption execution across workstreams while enabling scalability and reuse.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence

- Serve as the primary adoption and enablement partner to platform owners, process owners, and digital product teams.
