About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Sales Executive to operate within a designated region, identify business opportunities, perform consultative sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. This professional will develop commercial strategies, maintain relationships with existing clients, and prospect new accounts aligned with the company’s Commercial Policy.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular client visits within the assigned territory to promote products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning.
  • Develop sales strategies aligned with customer profiles and company guidelines.
  • Provide consultative support, identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues related to product usage and, when needed, request technical support.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Prepare visit, opportunity, and activity reports in Salesforce.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Perform monthly sales performance reviews and contribute to annual target planning.
  • Oversee the sales order process until completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Care, Finance, and Technical Support.

Technical activities

  • Apply intermediate welding techniques in SMAW, MIG/MAG and FCAW processes.
  • Conduct product demonstrations.
  • Analyze product catalogs and competitor specifications.
  • Prepare test specimens.
  • Demonstrate basic understanding of equipment operation.

 

 

Requirements

Education

  • Technical degree complete and/or ongoing Bachelor's in Business Administration, Engineering, or related areas.

Experience

  • 3–5 years as a Sales Representative or Technical Consultant.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of welding equipment and consumables.

Desired skills

  • Basic English and/or Spanish.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Intermediate ERP knowledge.
  • Additional certifications or specialized training are a plus.
