Job Responsibilities
Customer service:
▪ Interact with customers promptly and professionally via phone and electronic communications
▪ Build and maintain customer relationships
▪ Process customer product / parts orders in the required processing time as per instruction from the Customer Service Manager
▪ Continue to build relationships with the Sales departments inclusive of actioning TSR’s enquiries and providing pricing and availability of stock
▪ Participate in training including but not limited to:
▪ Product knowledge (new technologies and ranges)
▪ Handling customer complaints / issues
▪ Phone manner / techniques
▪ Formal training as decided by Customer Service Manager
▪ Provide accurate reporting to the Customer Service Manager on trends or issues regarding products, logistics, or customer interactions
Job Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience working in a Customer Service environment. Minimum 2 years experience of logistics coordinator.
Skills: Communication Ability to deal with difficult conversations and aptitude in resolving issues Analytical skills and business acumen Excellent customer service skills and a willingness to go extra lengths to “delight the customer
Knowledge: Experience with SAP desirable Knowledge of welding machines/consumables an advantage
