Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
  • Work with warehouse, operations, and production teams to forecast needs.
  • Track shipments and manage logistics when required.
  • Identify cost‑saving opportunities and negotiate favourable terms.
  • Monitor market trends and changes in product availability or pricing.
  • Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems.
  • Review requisitions and issue accurate purchase orders.
  • Source materials and services that meet required specifications.
  • Request and evaluate quotes, comparing cost, quality, and lead times.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Assist with supplier onboarding and contract reviews.

Job Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain, with exposure to supplier negotiation and ERP systems (SAP)?
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable pricing and terms.
  • High level organizational and communication skill
  • Experience dealing with a broad range of SKU
  • Strong customer focus and have track record of efficiently managing inventory requirements
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes, inventory levels, lead times, and logistics.
