Engineering Analyst | Maua/ Santo André
Lincoln Electric Brazil is seeking an Engineering Analyst to support continuous improvement initiatives, manufacturing projects, productivity gains, cost reduction, and machine safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead productivity and cost-reduction projects.
- Develop layouts, technical specifications, and feasibility studies.
- Support equipment installation, startup, and validation.
- Participate in machine risk assessments and NR-12 compliance initiatives.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing tools and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing teams and continuous improvement efforts.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
2 years of Experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Projects
Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent CAD software
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and machine safety standards
Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
