Pay Grade and Range: CAPG - 6D ($48,876.00 - $61,095.00)

Bonus Plan: Profit Sharing  

 

 

Position Overview

Detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Administrator with a strong focus on efficiency and process improvement. Providing support through accurate sales reporting, data management, price maintenance, rebate management and general sales administration. Ideal candidate is reliable, proactive and fast-learning; with a strong ability to support day-to-day sales operations and internal teams.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage customer pricing via SAP.
  • Support special pricing requests from sales team.
  • Manage customer rebates and programs. Support rebate reporting and communication with finance and sales teams.
  • Manage audit processes for distribution programs.
  • Process/bill demonstration orders and manage demonstration inventory.
  • Submit new customer setup requests.
  • Support Manager, Sales Administration & Support with Monthly Sales Reporting.
  • Investigate pricing discrepancies.
  • Reporting to Manager, Sales Administration & Support.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • High school Diploma/GED required.
  • Completion of post-secondary education preferred.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office with a focus on Excel.
  • 2+ years of SAP/ERP and Business Warehouse experience preferred.
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent Organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and with teams in a matrix organization.
