Job Requirements
- CEGEP plus cours spécialisés en commerce ou en administration des affaires
- Diplôme d'études collégiales ou universitaires de préférence
- Bilingue (français et anglais)
- Être motivé
- Avoir une excellente aptitude qualité et sécurité
- Capacité de travailler en collaboration et de diriger divers employés
- Posséder la volonté et le désir de diriger. Dois être capable de motiver, d'inspirer et d'encadrer les employés afin d’atteindre leurs objectifs.
- 8 à 10 ans d'expérience dans un poste de supervision dans un environnement manufacturier
