Job Responsibilities

General mission : Go to customers' homes to ensure after-sales service according to the defined schedule. To give feedback on your mission for customer follow-up.

He/she works with his personal safety equipment. He/she collaborates with the other departments of the company.

  • Technique
  • Ensure the start-up and troubleshooting of equipment for customers
  • Produce field service reports and archive them in Visual Planning

 

  • Customer Service
  • Provide support to customers on the use and operation of automatic machines, using a combination of a set of troubleshooting techniques.

 

  • Maintenance contract
  • Perform preventive maintenance as provided for in Lincoln Electric's contracts with customers

 

  • Communication
  • Escalate information to your superiors on customer services, in order to improve the operation and profitability of the machines (maintenance, assistance, audits, training, etc.)
  • Transmit technical information to the various departments concerned

Job Requirements

Diplomas: Bac+2 in electrical engineering

or maintenance

 

Professional experience: must know how to work with administrative staff, the design office and sales

 

Technical know-how:

  • Knowledge of welding/cutting techniques
  • Knowledge of Visual Planning
