Job Responsibilities
Position Summary
The Associate Panel Build Technician assists in assembling and wiring industrial control panels and sub-assemblies by following work instructions, training, and guidance from senior technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components using detailed work instructions
- Perform basic wiring, labeling, and component mounting
- Participate in training and skill development
- Follow safety and quality procedures
- Support senior technicians in panel builds and electrical assembly tasks
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required
- Ability to follow written and visual technical instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of hand tools
- Willingness to learn electrical assembly
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs. Production environment.
