Job Responsibilities

  1. Study the requirement and provide the multiple automation solution for single problem.
  2. Close co-ordination with sales team to get all the details and suggest feasible solution based on the application
  3. Concept Creation in 2D and 3D
  4. Cycle time calculation & guide and review the robotic simulation
  5. Actively interact with supplier to get the quote as per the customer and internal standards.
  6. Do the costing of the solution designed mechanical in detail & control components on high level.
  7. Timely delivery of the work by collaborating with the design team as and when required.
  8. Responsible for the application study and right solution based on the experience.

Responsible for vendor and supplier selection while preparing the quote

Job Requirements

  1. Shall have knowledge of the automation commodities, conveyor system, gantry system, end of arm tools, gear motor, tooling, hydraulic and electrical actuator.
  2. CAD software like AutoCAD, Inventor, Catia & similar
  3. 12-15 years’ experience in automation industry and actively worked in the design or application engineering.
  4. Good knowledge of the manufacturing process, control architecture.
