Job Responsibilities
Understands the mechanical and electrical aspects of equipment/system to be installed.
Equipment overview study together along with design team to understand functionality of equipment/system and to plan for Assembly & Installation.
Forecasting of budget and timing requirement of Assembly and Installation of Automation systems.
Planning of required resources for equipment on time assembly and installation.
Completion of Assembly and Installation within committed budget and timeline.
Site Inspection and preplanning the resources as per site actual condition.
Installation team planning and management at site.
Installation material planning and management at site.
Installation tools planning and management at site.
Heavy equipment’s planning and management at site.
Install, setup and configure equipment/system according to project specification and Customer requirement
Project Management at site.
Supports Controls/Electrical team at shopfloor & site for wiring, configuration and trials.
Ensure project progress with respect to committed timeline during both Assembly & Installation phase.
Ensure Ontime Project Completion and hand over to Customer with Clean FAC (Final Acceptance Certificate).
Job Requirements
+10 years’ experience in Assembly & Installation of Industrial Automation equipment/Systems.
