Job Responsibilities
Meeting and knowing the client's requirements for electrical and mechanical needs. Designing, drafting EPLAN drawings and site installation at site as a project engineer. Reading and interpreting the logical flow diagram.
Explaining to the clients how electrical components operate.
Using automation software to write PLC and Servo VFD programming.
Preparing documents to instruct the users how to use the device and other safety instrument.
Troubleshooting any faults in the system.
Supervising the installation of PLC programs and a team member.
Providing guidance and support to the Technicians and EPLAN engineer.
Offering training to the Technicians and other team members.
Maintaining the PLC programs and make new PLC, Servo VFD, SCADA and HMI Program.
Part procumbent help to purchase team.
Working in coordination with Engineering and Production team
PC PLC communication through S7 library, MODBUS TCPIP, Ethernet TCPIP, PC and PLC BOM Creation.
Control Philosophy and IO list finalization and need to complete all documentation as per ISO standard.
SOP creation and cycle time verification with mechanical team. 70 % site travelling.
Job Requirements
Working experience of 7-8 years as a PLC Programmer (Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi), and a similar role in the Engineering industry.
Sound knowledge of electrical, project engineering and software principles.
Extensive knowledge of PLC, Servo VFD, HMI and SCADA programming languages such as ladder logic, STL, SCL, function charts, etc.
Exceptional logic reasoning abilities.
Excellent ability to work under no supervision.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel as and when required.
Ability to solve complex problems.
Good organizational and time management skills.
A keen eye for details for accuracy.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
