Job Responsibilities

Creating electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and other technical drawings using EPLAN software. Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including material lists, SOP, terminal lists, and other relevant reports. Working with project managers, PLC programmers, Mech Designer cross-functional teams, and potential suppliers to ensure project cost and estimation. Identifying and resolving technical issues related to electrical designs at factory or at site. Ensuring designs meet relevant safety standards, CE standards, ISO and regulatory requirements. Conducting tests and validations to ensure the functionality and reliability of electrical systems. 

Providing technical support to internal teams and potentially external customers. Go through RFQ, preparation of BOM and get the cost from respective suppliers and release purchase requisition to purchase team.

Follow-ups with purchase and stores for material deliveries from the suppliers and site. EPLAN, Electrical schematics design, Panel Building, Control systems, Troubleshooting, Documentation, Project collaboration, Safety standards compliance. Safety PLC and Safety Devices wiring and Configuration.

Job Requirements

Exp: - 4-5 years, BE EE, EX, EC, EI .A strong understanding of EPLAN software and its functionalities is essential. A solid foundation in electrical engineering principles and concepts is required. Experience with creating and interpreting technical drawings PLC system, SPM, Conveyor is necessary. The ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to electrical designs is crucial. The ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, project managers, and other stakeholders is important. Familiarity with other relevant software, such as AutoCAD, TIA, Studio 5000, may be a plus. Meeting and knowing the client's requirements for electrical and mechanical needs. Designing, drafting EPLAN drawings and site installation at site as a project engineer. Reading and interpreting the logical flow diagram. Explaining to the clients how electrical components operate.
