Job Responsibilities
Design and Drafting: Efficient Use Design Software Such as Inventor and AutoCAD
To Create new SPM And Modify Drawing for Model and Assembly
*Design Calculation-Perform design Calculations and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) To ensure Accuracy and Compliance
*Special Purpose Machine: Design and Develop Special purpose machine, industrial automation systems, jigs and fixtures
*Machine Design: Develop Details Designs for Machine tools, fixture systems Ans automation equipment, including assembly and and sub assembly Design
*Layout And Drawing: Prepare Comprehensive layouts assembly drawings and bill of material
*Technical Coordination: Collaborate with purchasing, marketing to insure to design feasibility and alignments with project equipment
Job Requirements
Proficiency in Inventor and AutoCAD
*Experience in the design of machine elements and pneumatic basic system
*Expertise in designing assemblies and sub- Assembles, including automation equipment and special purpose machine
*Knowledge of GD&T principle
*Understanding, Servo motors, and electrical panel Component
*Ability to prepare and interpret technical documentation, including Detailed manufacturing Drawing and BOM
*Strong Problem-Solving Skill
* Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting Deadline
*Strong understanding of design calculations, Drawings, and Bom.
*Knowledge of fabrication and machine process
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Bachelors of degree in mechanical Engineering
*Experience: Minimum 4-5 years’ experience
