Job Responsibilities
- Interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare a technical concept after thorough understanding of customer requirement.
- Prepare detailed process (assembly / welding) and cycle time calculation based on inputs received.
- Discuss the concept with customer and get his approval to proceed further.
- Support Design team during design phase for process & cycle time optimisation.
- Robotic simulation in case of robotic application
- Process animation if required
- Support Sales & proposal team on technical front.
- Manages the flow of information required from customers and third parties to assure the timely progress of the technical proposal.
- Involvement in Standardization & process improvement
- Support Sales & Project Management Teams in cost reviews
- Attend technical meetings with customer & internal team also
Job Requirements
- Diploma / BE (Mechanical)
- 5 to 6 years of experience in Industrial Automation.
- Thorough product knowledge of automation requirements in Assembly & Welding for components in Automotive and non-Automotive Areas.
- Strong understanding of Assembly & Welding Process.
- Should have experience in process design, cycle time
- Strong knowledge of Auto Cad, Inventor / CATIA & MS office.
- Ideal candidate will have hands on experience on simulation / animation software.
