Job Responsibilities
- Prepare the reports of the social accounts, in particular the tax package
- Manage accounting, tax and legal obligations (including management of tax credits)
- Develop and calculate corporate tax
- Participate in the month-end closing and reporting process (SAP/HFM)
- Check the accuracy of the accounts (in French and US GAAP standards)
- Review account reconciliations (US standards)
- Participate in Finance projects related to regulatory changes
- Control the application of local and group policies: SOX, FCPA including RCM
- Communicate with auditors and administration
- Contribute, through their behavior and activities, to the general smooth running of the service and the company.
Job Requirements
- BAC + 3 to + 5 or equivalent in accounting / finance.
- At least 3-5 years' experience in an audit firm and/or in the industrial sector.
- Fluency in French (essential)
- Experience of end-to-end accounting and financial cycles in France, including tax, payroll, accruals, statutory reporting and general ledger
- Master accounting and financial management mechanisms
- US GAAP /IFRS knowledge is preferred
- Fluency in English (essential)
- Master office tools
- Master the operation of an ERP, more particularly SAP
- SOX and FCPA preferred
