Job Responsibilities
- Work with necessary departments to process the quotation of, build of, delivery of customer orders for spare parts and other miscellaneous component orders.
- Assist with quote price and delivery of spare parts to customers and any appropriate representatives using Spare Parts and Service Quotation Form.
- Use all interactive customer web sites to obtain orders and any other correspondence related to spare part orders (VAATZ, Web Quote, Covi Sint).
- Enter, process, and release sales orders from customer purchase orders.
- Follow-up on deliveries of purchase orders and job progress.
- Coordinate and oversee shipping of spare parts orders.
- Quote machine/fab detail prints.
- Read detail & assembly prints.
- Basic knowledge of all Machine shop operations.
- Works with purchasing to estimate hours to manufacture details.
- Provides timely feedback on delivery problems to Service & After Market Sales Supervisor.
- Carry out the established policies of the department and Fori Automation.
- Follow proper quoting processes ensuring accuracy.
- Establish relationships with vendors through our purchasing team to work cohesively.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding all phases.
- Oversee documentation for shipping and invoicing for accuracy.
- Compile spare parts lists for new machines as well as upgrades of existing machines.
- Release job orders for spare part “packages” on designated new machines.
- Special assignments as required by management.
- Ability to maintain task list and follow up as required.
- Maintain regular work hours and demonstrate flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet departmental workload and deadlines.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma.
- Associate’s degree in technical field highly recommended.

Demonstrated computer proficiency and a minimum of one year of experience in a skilled trade role.
