Admin Specialist

PRIMARY FUNCTION

Candidate must have a working knowledge of in-house payroll and its related works with Microsoft suite and local payroll calculation software. Responsible for asset management, response to governmental requirements etc.

 

                       

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monthly payroll job
  • Year-end tax settlement
  • 4 national tax work
  • Employee attendance record management
  • Overseas travel flight booking
  • Monthly purchasing request & tax invoice closing
  • Office supplies
  • Additional job duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of in-house payroll experience
  • Experience of General Administration
  • Business English literacy
