Job Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner of the business department, deeply understand the business strategy, and provide human resources strategy support.
- Be responsible for and manage comprehensive human resources processes, including but not limited to recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Establish and maintain a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance culture to ensure that employees receive adequate development and support.
- Apply advanced human resources technology to continuously optimize hu man resources processes and systems.
- Work closely with the global human resources team to ensure consistency in human resources policies and procedures.
- Analyze human resources data and make key human resources decisions.
- Provide consultation to the business department on employee relations, labor laws, and relevant regulations when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for human resources management or related majors.
- At least 5 years of human resources experience in a multinational company or foreign enterprise, with at least 3 years in the role of HRBP.
- 3 years or more of work experience in related industries such as machinery and electrical engineering, electrical automation, and the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to communicate cross-culturally fluently.
- Knowledge about WTW methodology, and experience about Successfactor system is plus.
- Familiar with international labor laws and practices of multinational companies.
- Have a deep understanding of the cutting-edge trends in human resource management and a strong willingness and ability to continuously learn.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational coordination skills, able to work efficiently in a multi-tasking environment.
- Possess excellent analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to independently deal complex challenges.
