Job Responsibilities
- To report to the Production Supervisor - Machine Division and communicate all matters or concerns pertaining to the panel assemblies.
- Working from Procedure Sheets and Blueprints to ensure specifications are met with regard to Upper and Lower Panels for Maverick Machines
- To ensure required material and tools are available in order to carry out the work.
- To be familiar with the Maverick Machines Upper and Lower Panels, connection and testing.
- To make all connections and test for grounding.
- To place finished panels on conveyor/ cart to next station.
- Interpret Engineering drawing to program and produce Quality Parts
- Follow first off procedures and complete all documentation as required
- To conduct visual inspection of product and have Quality Assurance Inspector do first-piece check if any deviation occurs.
- To ensure safety, product quality, productivity standards and cost-efficiency objectives are met
- To obtain production ticket (traveler) prior to the commencement of shift, complete the ticket in an accurate manner and hand-in the ticket at completion of shift
- Abide by and actively support Lincoln Electric’s Environmental Health & Safety policies, practices and procedures with respect to protecting the environment, the conservation of natural resources and the Health & Safety of all employees
Job Requirements
Education Skills and Aptitude:
- Grade 12 diploma
- Blue print reading
- Trade courses
Minimum Experience Requirement:
- More than 6 months but less than 9
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT:
- Tape measure
- Small Hand Tools
